No Issue at all - AirPlay 2 iPhone Playback awareness #2172

What happened?
Hey @mikebrady ,
this is not a issue or problem at all. I just want to know if you can help me out. I am currently exploring the possibility to build a software that exposes the Playback of other devices via MQTT.
So to be precise:
- iPhone A starts playback to an AP2 speaker
- iPhone B sees that playback and can connect as remote Controller (skipping tracks, changing volume)
Currently my HA HomeAssistant dashboards can only reflect the playback status which is initiated by MusicAsisstant or HomeAssistant directly. So I want to make the playback status available for all AP2 players in my network. I did already some researches but even with the help of Claude I am getting stuck.
Do you have a good overview about that? Maybe you can and want help me. I am also open to discuss that privately.
