No Start Date set to Trackers when split Chapter 1

Steps to reproduce

1. Add tracking to a unstarted entry with split chapters
2. Read Chapter 1.1

Expected behavior

Tracker(s) should switch to Reading, progress to Chapter 1, set the Starting Date to "now"

Actual behavior

Tracker(s) switch the status/list and progress chapter as expected, but the Starting Date remains empty
