Error 403 when using Microsoft.graph.bookings

Not sure if this is the right place. Usually find my answers without needing to ask.

I have a script to create MS Bookings via Graph Powershell it used to work now it is getting an error:

Not so sure why the user account has access to Graph Powershell, the API permissions have BookingsReadWrite and UserReadWrite so I'm slightly perplexed why it isn't working
