Unable to Use GEMINI 3 - in github copilot BYOK

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.106.3 (Universal)
• OS Version: MacOS 26.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to manage models
   2.click on google provider you only see gemini 2.5 pro & flash

Gemini 3 seems not yet available for BYOK users, this is my vs code:

OS: Linux x64 6.17.8-arch1-1
