[Bug]: Maximize button is not working as expected

Description

After selecting the "Show Script" option, the Maximize button (^) is not covering the whole window. It only goes mid-screen when selected, instead of covering the entire screen.

See the example below from Schema Designer:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Right-click on a table
2. Select "Preview/Edit data"
3. Make a small data change
4. Select the "View Script" option
5. Select the "Maximize" button (^) in the script panel are

I've made the necessary changes for the script pane to maximize and restore properly. The fix is included in this PR: #20376
