View Test Result - send to console

• the feature in the read me called "View Test Result" pops up directly inside the code I am working.
• We need an option to send this box/text to the console
• highlight the code that is failing, and then output the results down in the console window or in a new console like box
• the existing setup, won't let us even edit the line of code that is being highlighted, is difficult to read and forces me to hit the trash can just to continue to work
• just highlight where it fails and output to a console window please

So far, the VS Code testing api does not have this capability. Either we invent a dedicated console for that purpose or let the upstream API to support that.
