@catTools is throwing 400 bad request on attempt to use tabCount tool

What went wrong?

To '@cattools' I asked a simple question. 'is there any tab open?'.
'@cattools' rightly took me to tab count tool.

Upon clicking button captioned 'Continue'. It threw 400 bad request.

Not sure what exactly is going wrong.

I recently learned that the issue is specific to my GitHub account. The same code is working with a different GitHub account.
Maybe this information can be useful to identify what is going wrong and showing a more informative message to users.

And if this still happens- may have been a temporary service issue- can you paste the requestId from the log?

I was using gpt-4o. It is working now. Apparently it was temporary issue.
