Support azure.tenant configuraiton parameter

In Azure Account Extension, i can use the configuration parameter azure.tenant to direct my browser to my organisation's login page. However, with the Azure resource using the built-in Microsoft Authenticater Provider, i have no way to access my company's authentication page similar to the command below

az login --tenant xxx.mycompay.com

Please note that my issue is slightly different from #1094
which i cannot even login at all unless this is via my organisation's authentication page

Please help and advise.
