Start Streaming Logs fails with "Error connecting to log-streaming service: aborted" for Linux web app

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new Linux web app.
2. Right click this web app and execute "Start Streaming Logs".
3. Check whether there is no error in output panel.

Expect:
There is no error in output panel, such as the below logs for Windows web apps.

Actual:
An error occurs in output panel.

More Info:

1. This issue still reproduces several hours after the Linux web app was created. The app is fully running, and Log Stream works correctly in the Azure portal, but VS Code still reports "Error connecting to log-streaming service: aborted".
2. This issue does not reproduce for Windows web apps.
3. This issue does not reproduce after deploying project to web app.
