Prompt to deploy after creating a web app

I believe this used to exist but seems to have been removed at some point. This includes a prompt and the button in the activity log - both of those entry points are gone.

I think at some point we purged the notifications from Functions and App Service, but didn't reintroduce a new entry point in the activity log partially because we weren't sure what was the best way to expose that.

Should it be whole new activity, a right-click on the create activity, a child of the activity, an in-line button on the create activity, some other entry point that I haven't uncovered?!
