Interactive code actions (like "Move to file")

I'm curious about how the "Move to file" code action is planned to be implemented. The reason I'm asking specifically about "Move to file" is that it is an interactive code action (it needs to ask the client for a file name), which, as far as I know, is not directly supported by the LSP specification.
I implemented support for it in typescript-language-server (typescript-language-server/typescript-language-server#987) and in lsp-mode in Emacs (emacs-lsp/lsp-mode#4866), hence my question.
