one possible solution for cmd.exe 'Terminate batch job (Y/N)?' problem

Description of the new feature

This is a response to #217, which is in the This conversation has been locked and limited to collaborators. state.

I fount this thread so I got following.

C:\>type test.cmd
@echo off
ruby -e "exit gets.to_i" & call set $?=%%ERRORLEVEL%%
echo exit code: %$?%

There's no particular significance to using Ruby, but running this and pressing CTRL+C will result in the third one.

C:\>test
0
exit code: 0

C:\>test
1
exit code: 1

C:\>test
-e:1:in 'ARGF.class#gets': Interrupt
        from -e:1:in 'Kernel#gets'
        from -e:1:in '<main>'
exit code: 3

C:\>

This appears to disable the Terminate batch job (Y/N)? prompt.
This seems like a technique that should be more widely adopted
but are there any pitfalls besides batch execution continuing without interruption?
