UWP OpenCV can play Video from file #77

Can the UWP OpenCV play Video from file?
It doesn't seem to work well.
I'm not sure if there is any specific settings in UWP to load video contents or the UWP OpenCV basically cannot support it.
If it can support, please provide any references.
