Error during deploy of BC Standard from ARM template

Is anyone from Microsoft currently addressing this issue?
We're experiencing the same impediment, and I noticed that two weeks have passed without any substantial feedback or updates.
This delay is unacceptable, considering that it concerns a critical functionality that previously worked but is now broken.
