Python: Error while import ChatAgent

I am trying to import and initialize a ChatAgent instance, while trying to do so, I am getting a module not found for "pywintypes".

@shreyan1999 Thanks for reporting this issue! Could you please specify package versions so we can try to reproduce it? Specifically agent-framework and openai package versions. Thanks!
