Hide agent output [.NET]

Is there any way to hide output text generated by an agent from the text that is returned to the user via the OpenAIResponses API?

My use case: The user inputs a prompt which will be translated by an agent to english. The english text should be passed onto another agent (sequentially) but I want to hide the english text from the user.
