Alternative to the StandardMagneticManager from Semantic Kernel when using another Agent Framework?

I am planning to build a multi agent app with Agent Framework. However the Magnetic orchestration pattern doesn't seem to be available in Agent Framework. I can only seem to find a workflow builder for GroupChat, Handoffs and a RoundRobin.

Is there a reason to why there is no Magnetic workflow/manager?
