Scrolling in Iconography page using Touchpad causes LayoutCycleException

Description

Going to the Design > Iconography page and then immediately scrolling the list with a touchpad causes the app to crash with LayoutCycleException.
This doesn't happen if the scroll bar is used, and then the touchpad. Haven't checked mouse yet.

Is this easy to reproduce? I wasn't able to reproduce it on the latest Store version (v2.7) or while debugging in Visual Studio.🤔

I don't have other machines to test, but that's entirely what it takes - scrolling the icon list with a touchpad.
