Im tring to update Visual Studio 2022 17.2 to 17.10.
I am in trouble build code with

I found #2861 fix workaround VSO-522105, but looks like I need this workaround.
Please tell me the reason why this workaround is fixed. I cannot access VSO-522105.

Is there a way to fix this other than changing the code?

You seem to be using Intel's "classic" C++ compiler. MSVC STL doesn't officially support it, though in the past we tried to avoid gratuitous breakage.
