Steps to reproduce

Install, run chromium browsers for a few hours and check the task manager inside the browser and monitor process "Utility: video capture" as it will spike

✔️ Expected Behavior

I have noticed across multiple installs and chromium based browsers that this feature (I assume it's this as its the only thing I have enabled) appears to cause the process "Utility: Video Capture" to use an increasingly high about of memory and CPU usage, to the point where it can nearly cripple my system.

Amd 5800x, 64gb ddr4, rtx 4090.

The only solution is to end the process within each browsers task manager after closing and fully exiting powertoys.
