Description of the new feature / enhancement

#000000 overlay with opacity setting on top of each window until you hover on them or focus on them. Press a hotkey to show without overlay for set number of seconds or hold hotkey instead. Same thing goes for the taskbar so no need to set it to auto-hide.

An addon to FancyZones or a completely new feature.

Scenario when this would be used?

OLED monitors are becoming more and more common and naturally the number of people buying them goes up, but they do still currently have issues with burn-in if you don't take care of them, especially for people with productivity workloads.

Much better than having to minimize them every time. This will definitely reduce burn-in to a significant degree.
