PowerToyRun stops running after launching an application in admin mode #36643

Steps to reproduce

Restart PC
PT Start automatically
Use configured shortcut to launch PTRun (In my case WIN+S)
Launch an application in admin mode (VS as example)

See if VS launches in admin mode
See if PTRun continues to respond to the configured shhortcut

✔️ Expected Behavior

PTRun to run normally as in prior versions.

❌ Actual Behavior

I need to launch several application in Admin mode, for example Visual Studio. When I launch via PowerToysRun, VS doesn't launch and PTRun stops running.
