admin container stuck on "activating" state

I had to restart my containers. After the restart the URL shortener works for the existing URLs, but I cannot access the admin container anymore, it started successfully, but I always end-up with a "stream timeout" error when navigating to the admin console.

In the Aspire Dashboard it see that the admin container ends-up after a long while being in "activating" state into "activation failed" state.

Any tips on what to check?
