Consider adding support for altExp slot

The altExp slot contains a version of the main experiment with a different number of features and the same number of samples (like agglomerated assays). Many operations can be done not only on the main but also on the alternative experiment, so we could consider ways to provide the option to work with the experiments in the altExp slot and visualise those also.
