Medium (+) tooltip on mobile left property not set correctly. #249
Description
Want to reopen #111 .
On mobile safari and chrome, most of the the tooltip is displayed outside the screen.
Happy to open the PR, just need guidance on where the "top" and "left" attributes on the inlineToolTip are set when the "is-active" class is added.
