On Windows when attempting to install AddinMaker 1.3.7 from http://addins.monodevelop.com/Stable/Win32/7.0/main.mrep I get:

C:\monodevelop\main\build\Addins\MonoDeveloperExtensions\MonoDeveloperExtensions_nunit.dll referenced in the manifest could not be found

1.3.5 works fine.
