Transforms appear in joint hierarchy when building scaled guides from 4.3.0 in 5.07

Expected behavior:
Building a guide created in 4.3.0 with scaling in 5.07 should not result in transforms in the joint hierarchy.

Actual behavior:
When a guide made in 4.3.0 with scaling is built in 5.07, transform nodes unexpectedly show up in the joint hierarchy.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a guide with scaling in version 4.3.0.
2. Build the guide in version 5.07.
3. Observe that transforms appear in the joint hierarchy.

Additional info:

• Reimporting the guide as a template and building in 5.07 does not resolve the issue; transforms still show up.
• Please see attached logs/screenshots if available.
