[Feature Request] Enable Text-to-Speech Support for More Languages

Thank you for developing the voice feature. This function is extremely important to me because it allows me to focus on my duties while being able to listen to new messages from Meshtastic as if I were listening to a radio.

Since my native language is Chinese, I understand that supporting an additional language can increase the file size by about 50 MB. Is it possible to implement a system where users can choose and download their preferred languages, similar to downloading maps?

I need to think about how to bundle in more language packs. For now anything that Vosk library does, we should be able to do.
