Consider validation in the provider schema for metadata.name (identifiers)

In meshStack API, meshObject identifiers can only have a restricted character set. We should consider validating that in terraform already. This would lead to an improved UX since errors are already returned by terraform while generating a plan and not only surfaced as an API error when running an apply.
