Consistently mark the argument as either name or (uu)id

Describe the bug

Arguments may be called Name or NameOrID across different endpoint, connector, pipeline, and resource subcommands. All instances of Name as the argument should be changed to be more accurate and to be consistent.

This has been updated for all environment commands already.
