My Issue/Suggestion

It's not clear if this should also work locally. In my case, I don't see any device locally.
It's also not clear if this works on a Free app. In my case, "Publish' throws an error, so I can't check in the cloud.

I've managed to publish in the free cloud (I made a mistake in the index.html). Yet, the devices tab is empty. I created an issue for that: #8945
