Upgrade Gatsby to 2.0

In the docs there's a migration guide from v1 to v2, I would probably start there. This project isn't actually all that large and is slim in terms of Gatsby-specific features, so I don't believe you'll have tackle everything on the list, just these few in particular:

• Updating Your Dependencies
• Remove or refactor layout components
  
• Import Link from Gatsby
  

There might be some other stuff the pops up along the way, but I'd start there. Let me know if you run into any issues or if I can further assist!

Btw, I'd also recommend their tutorials for if you're just starting out, great stuff.
