Error with sync configuration files

Have been having issues with MEGAsync for a while now. The latest issue with version megasync-5.8.0-2 nautilus-megasync-5.3.0-1 on Arch linux

1. Install megasync
   sudo yay -S megasync nautilus-megasync
2. Run megasync from cmd
   megasync
3. Login window pops-up and enter credentials and log in
4. Get the following error

Error with sync configuration files

The app has detected an error in your sync configuration data. You need to log out of MEGA to resolve this issue. If the problem persists after logging back in, report the issue to our Support team.

Two buttons Log out and Contact support
After Logging out the cmd output is: Not setting scale factors. Using predefined QT_SCALE_FACTOR= "1"

I have tried to look for any configuration data but I think I have removed it weeks ago when I was troubleshooting older megasync issues.
