Request adoption by upstream or trusted snapcrafter

This snap requires access to the new uinput interface which will be superprivileged (canonical/snapd#8867). This may be unlikely to be granted to a hobbyist packager, so requires adoption by upstream or a trusted snapcrafter. This snap is not ready to be offered upstream yet.

@popey has suggested he may come on board as a collaborator or nominal project lead. This would be greatly appreciated.
