I maintain opencpn and it's plugin packages for Mageia.
I'm not sure what is causing this issue, which has appeared since the last couple of updates.
Here is a link to the problem build log which I hope will help to point to the cause:

Errors are all similar to:
CMake Error at cmake/PluginConfigure.cmake:50 (string): string sub-command FIND requires 3 or 4 parameters.
