Shorter URL's

Thank you for this software. Really amazing, has helped me a lot when working on different machines and you just need to quickly get configs.

Is there a way to make the URL shorter? The symbols after the backslash /

They used to be shorter at the downside of making collisions more likely. The current format is a good balance between length and likelihood of collisions. Why do you think they need to be shorter?

I think I am the sole user of my wastebin instance, I would benefit from shorter URL's, much easier to open up a paste on another device when you have to type for example 6 symbols instead of 11.

Let's say we have 6 symbols, numbers letters, case insensitive, that's: 62⁶ = 56,800,235,584 combinations. Collisions? So wastebin does not crosscheck the URL after generating?

It would be cool if we could set the URL length in an .env parameter :)
