Thinking:

  1. This removes (?) some of the date math. Should we merge that?
  2. Should this be a top level Action (in its own repo) to encourage re-use? It being in this repo encourages copy-and-paste.
  3. Do we need instructions (modern ones) that tell you how to get the IDs for the Discussion category?
