Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Python 3.8 is no longer supported. I suggest to remove tests and support for this version.

Yeah, also PyTorch, PyG and Lightning do not support anymore 3.8

Also monthly tag failed https://github.com/mathLab/PINA/actions/runs/14186356022 due to 3.8 dep
