Can you provide Download link for $OEM$ Folder?

I want Download Link for KMS38 $OEM$ Folder so i can simply Copy/Paste $OEM$ Folder to Sources Folder in USB Thumb Drive containing Windows 10 or 11 to Pre-Activate Windows 10 or 11 without Internet.

I can't find Download Link here: https://massgrave.dev/oem-folder.html So would be great if you add the link to KMS38 $OEM$ Folder Download. :)

@XSpark0 You can extract OEM folder in the Extras section in MAS.

I know. The reason i asked is so i wont have to do that.

launch MAS
go to extras
extract oem folder. kaboom. you have it now. is it really that hard?

Windows 10 LTSC 2019 i am currently on isn't activated by MAS as it was an ISO i downloaded few years ago and i didn't know about MAS at that time, so it probably wont extract the KMS38 OEM Folder i want. I guess would have to do a clean install but i currently can't, not ready to do it yet.

If i install Windows 11 Pro inside VirtualBox instead and run the MAS script to extract KMS38 OEM Folder, will that work?

It doesn't matter which windows OS is installed, as long as its Windows 7 or a higher version, you can extract the OEM folder.
