LIMM CTR incorrectly highlighted

Describe the bug
LIMM CTR sector is not highlighted when LIMM_N_CTR is online. LIPP CTR is highlighted instead.

To Reproduce

1. Open the map when LIMM_N_CTR is online
2. Observe how the LIPP CTR sector is highlighted, but the LIMM CTR is not.

Expected behavior
LIMM CTR sector should be highlighted, instead of LIPP CTR.

Additional context
Note that LIMM CTR overlaps LIPP CTR for about 99% of its extension. Nonetheless, LIPP CTR is highlighted by itself only if LIPP_CTR is online. I have not verified if the behavour is the same for Vatspy to exclude that the problem may be with Vatspy datafiles.

There is a wrong line in the source of vatprism's data - vatspydataproject. I suggest writing the officials of Italy vACC so they can fix it.
