Entatega -Food- Delivery-website :Clicking on Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions Links Doesn't Navigate to Top of Page

Describe the bug
Upon clicking the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links on the Enatega food delivery website, the page fails to scroll up to the top, as expected. I have resolved the issue where clicking Home in footer scrolls up the page and want to implement the same here

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Visit the Enatega food delivery website.
Scroll down to any section of the page.
Click on the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links.
Expected behavior
After clicking on the 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms and Conditions' links, the page should smoothly scroll up to the top, positioning users at the beginning of the respective documents.
