Token capture process - login not failing

I am attempting to get this integration setup, but when I follow the instructions to capture the token, it indicates that clicking the login button should fail and not load to generate the string with the token, but that's not what happened. The page logs into my profile and I can't find anything in the dev tools network tab that matches what I'm supposed to be looking for. Did I miss something?

Disregard. I had a different login window for Ford open, not the one from the url provided in the setup steps. That one worked as described. Likely user error, but when I copied the token URL I get the following:

cannot_connect - 'AADB2C90090: The provided JWE is not a valid 5 segment token. Correlation ID: 6f9784a3-27b9-4c7d-9f89-4624066fff98 Timestamp: 2026-04-03 18:14:50Z '
