Intelephense doesn't work in PHP short tags within <script> tags.

OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Windows 10 WSL2)

Additional context
Neovim 0.4.3
coc.nvim with up-to-date coc-phpls, coc-html, coc-tsserver, etc.
