Extracting contours on E2E to create masks

Hello !

I have some E2E OCT files and I want to extract the contours shown with show_contours = True but it seems that volume.peek doesn't enable me to do this. I want to extract the contours to then create a mask of the oct volume to calculate the dice score with segmented retinal images. Any idea about how I should procede ?

You can access the contours using volume.contours, the code for volume.peek here shows you how you can use the contours
