Create basic UI

For data stewards who aren't as familiar with hand-crafting XML/JSON, include a basic UI that performs some of the core functions of smart mastering, including:

• CRUD on match and merge options
• CRUD for managing dictionaries
• Viewing the details of entities
• Searching for entities using full text or structure search based on a selected match options
• Comparing the differences between two selected entities (which could be selected manually based on search results or could be selected based on a selected notification document)
• Merging/Unmerging selected entities manually

+3 There are two partners that work with MarkLogic in Civilian and SLED accounts that have asked for a GUI to demo for us. Additionally, there is another customer prospect in SLED who would like to demo Smart Mastering to her management. More details on the internal Jira project location. I also would like to elaborate on above- some sort of "inbox" "dashboard" showing the status of partial matches that need manual review would be helpful.
