Generate a report of match results

A user may want to experiment with a new set of match options. Given a set of options and a query that identifies a set of URIs to work with (could be a cts:document-query with a bunch of URIs), run the matcher on all the documents and produce a report of what the results would be and what actions would be taken.

This is basically adding some orchestration over current match function capabilities.

The request was to be able to make one call to do matching for a bunch of documents. Matching APIs currently operate on a single document.

I think the way to do this is define pairs of Entities and desired match/no-match/maybe-match output. Basically an entity pair is a test case. Then one solution is to provide the ability to run a match config against each pair to show if it worked, did not work, and the specific score vs threshold.

@damonfeldman when you say pairs of entities, I interpret that to mean you'd specify the URIs of documents along with the desired output (of course document represent Entities, but prior to merging an entity might be spread across multiple docs).
I'd also say that it should be sets of documents, rather than pairs, right?
