Document and show how to use smart mastering with DHF using JSON content & SJS implementation

Although smart-mastering handles XML and JSON content, most examples use XML & XQuery implementations. It would be nice to have examples also with JSON content and SJS implementation.

Are you referring to the examples folder or to the documentation? I think the documentation is pretty good about listing both, no so much with the examples -- just want to confirm that's how it looks to you too.
