Windows 8.1 not supported

I have some unfortunate news regarding this issue:

If there was a substantial number of screpdb potential users depending on a Windows 8.1 system I'd be willing to look into this (that is, downgrading the Go version is problematic on its own), but I'd much prefer to suggest Windows 8.1 users to either upgrade their Windows installation or otherwise stay away from the Internet, since it hasn't been receiving security patches for 3 years now, and with recent AI-aided exploits I'd assume those systems at extreme risk of hacks.
