JavaScript API: Add a function to import a set of custom types from an external file

When writing scripts that work with a lot of custom types, this would greatly simplify ensuring they exist and are properly defined. It would also dodge #4457 to some degree.

I’d like to work on this issue.

My plan is to add a tiled.importTypes(filePath) function that reads custom type definitions from a JSON file and registers them in the existing ObjectTypesModel.

I’ll start with a basic JSON format and extend it based on feedback. Please let me know if this approach aligns with the expected design.

I would expect it to read the same JSON format that's produced when you export types from the Custom Types Editor. I believe this is also the same JSON format that's stored in the project file.
