dist/leaflet-omnivore.min.js possible? #105

I'd like to include this via bower or npm, not the CDN, but the compiled version. Would it be possible to include this? I could open a PR for an initial commit, but I understand this does add a step to new releases.

I'd like to include this via NPM as well. I've noticed there should be leaflet-omnivore.min.js in the project according to the NPM page https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mapbox/leaflet-omnivore
